Improving Legal Regulations to Promote Educational Culture in the Digital Era - Theoretical and Practical Issues in Vietnam

Abstract

In the context of globalization and digital transformation, Vietnam's education system faces the dual challenge of adopting modern knowledge while safeguarding and promoting its unique educational cultural values. Law plays a crucial role in shaping and ensuring the development of educational culture, especially as the digital era presents new challenges: technological impacts, globalization, the risk of losing traditional values, and the digital divide among social groups. This paper analyzes the theoretical foundation of educational culture and law in the digital age, assesses Vietnam's current legal regulations, considers international experiences, and suggests solutions to enhance the legal framework for fostering educational culture in the digital era.
