Vietnamese education: transitioning models and international factors
Abstract
The study evaluates the current status of Physical Education (PE) and school sports at Hong Bang International University (HIU) by analyzing key factors, including facilities and technical equipment for PE activities, the qualifi cations and eff ectiveness of PE instructors, the structure and content of the current PE curriculum, students' motivations and needs regarding physical training and sports participation, their physical fi tness levels, and their academic performance in PE courses. The fi ndings provide a comprehensive empirical basis for developing solutions to enhance the quality of PE for HIU students, thereby improving the overall eff ectiveness of PE implementation at the university.
