Abstract

The People's Police are the central force responsible for protecting national security, maintaining social order and safety, and combating crime and law violations related to national security. Therefore, education and training at People's Police academies and universities need to be reformed in both content and teaching methods to enhance training quality and address current needs. Innovating teaching methods is vital for developing a highly qualifi ed workforce offi cers with strong ethical qualities, professional skills, political resilience, legal knowledge, technological profi ciency, foreign language abilities, and practical skills who can eff ectively carry out their duties amid new and increasingly complex challenges.
