Some solutions to improve the quality of vocational training during the innovation period

Abstract

This article analyzes the current state of vocational training and proposes key measures to enhance the quality of vocational education in response to labor market demands during the innovation period. The recommended solutions focus on curriculum and teaching-method reform, strengthening partnerships between training institutions and businesses, improving facilities and training equipment, and developing the professional competence of instructors. These measures aim to build a high-quality workforce capable of meeting the requirements of industrialization and international integration.
