The article clarifi es the core ideas of President Ho Chi Minh on the People's Police and, based on an analysis of the current situation, identifi es strengths, limitations, and underlying causes. It proposes solutions to eff ectively apply Ho Chi Minh's thoughts in building a truly clean, strong, disciplined, and modern People's Police force capable of meeting security and order requirements in the new context.
