The demand for psychological human resources in high schools in Phu Tho province is currently very high. However, research fi ndings indicate that the availability of school-based psychology personnel remains insuffi cient in quantity and limited in professional competence. High schools express a strong desire to have specialized psychological counselors to provide more eff ective support for students. Based on these fi ndings, the article proposes several solutions aimed at improving training, professional development, and the allocation of psychological human resources in high schools.
