Professional ethics education is a structured social activity aimed at fostering and developing professional qualities and competencies for future workers. In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the national orientation toward sustainable development, professional ethics education has become increasingly essential, playing a signifi cant role in cultivating both moral character and professional competence among students in higher education institutions. It helps establish ethical values and behavioral standards that guide students throughout their learning, training, and career development. This article proposes several solutions to enhance the eff ectiveness of professional ethics education for students at Hanoi College of Industrial Economics today.
