Discussing the housing ownership rights of foreigners under the 2023 Housing Law

Abstract

This article analyzes the provisions of Vietnam's 2023 Housing Law regarding the housing ownership rights of foreign individuals. Based on this examination, the author proposes several legal recommendations aimed at improving the eff ectiveness of implementing these regulations in the current context, thereby ensuring clearer legal guidance and enhancing the protection of legitimate rights and interests for foreigners residing and investing in Vietnam.
