Publication Process

• Submission: Authors submit manuscripts via email or hard copy to the Editorial Board. The secretary checks compliance with guidelines, format, and duplication.

• Specialized review: Manuscripts are assigned to subject editors to assess scientific quality, novelty, and relevance.

• Peer review: The Editorial Board appoints reviewers. Authors revise according to feedback and resubmit.

• Approval: The Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision. Accepted papers are included in the publication list.

• Editing – layout – printing: Manuscripts are edited, translated (if necessary), typeset, and sent to the printer.

• Publication: The Journal is issued quarterly (March, June, September, December, on the 29th), in both print and electronic formats.
