Applying analytic hierarchy process to support decisions on water resource management
Abstract
The analytic hierarchy process of Thomas Saaty plays a very important role in
information processing to make selection decisions and to decide the best and most reasonable
course of action. This article presents the application of the analytic hierarchy process to help make decisions on water resources management, provide solutions to meet the requirements of socio-economic development and ensure sustainable development. Research results are shown through contents such as finding out about the analytic hierarchy process, applying the analytic hierarchy process to help make water resource management decisions, analyzing solutions combined with the criteria that meet socio-economic development in order to ensure sustainable development, and synthesizing solutions that meet the identified criteria into the problem to help managers choose the best solution.
