Some models for identifying English aquatic terms

Abstract
The article deals with the nomination of English aquatic terms exploited from a linguistic perspective. Thanks to the nomination, English aquatic terms become clearer and more distinct. Through analyzing the methods of identifying aquatic terms by using statistical and comparative ones, the article drew out some basic models for identifying aquatic terms in English. Based on these models, appropriate English aquatic terms were established.
