Abstract
In the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the ongoing global shift toward comprehensive digital transformation, the application of digital technologies in the preservation and promotion of cultural and tourism heritage has become an inevitable trend. This paper examines the current status and potential of digitalization in enhancing the visibility, conservation, and sustainable utilization of the tourism values of Bai Tho Mountain – a distinctive cultural and historical landmark in Quang Ninh Province that remains underutilized. By clarifying the theoretical framework, assessing the current conditions of the site, and identifying the need for digital transformation, based on a digital application model and digitalization strategy, the paper proposes specific solutions to enhance the effectiveness of heritage site management and tourism development in association with digital transformation, thereby promoting the sustainable and modern utilization of the tourism value of Bai Tho Mountain.
