Abstract
Nutrition education for preschool children is of paramount importance, as it is regarded as one of the key determinants of their holistic development in early childhood, encompassing both physical and cognitive aspects. Implementing nutrition education measures through exploratory activities under the theme “The Plant World” represents an effective approach that is well aligned with the psychological and physiological characteristics of children aged 5–6. This approach contributes to the realization of child-centered educational objectives and enhances the quality of care and education at the Pedagogical Practice Kindergarten, Ha Long University.
