Green product innovation in Quang Ninh hotels

Abstract
This study proposes a model linking firms’ relationship network, green product innovation, and performance, based on the relationship network and absorptive capacity. The model is being tested in samples of three to five-star hotels in Quang Ninh. The results show that hotels’ relationship networks and absorptive capacity have significant impacts on green product innovation. Green product innovation has also been found to contribute significantly to the hotels’ performance. The results improve our understanding of green product innovation at hotels and provide some important implications for managers and policymakers.
