The impact of digital transformation strategy on firm performance of exporters in Vietnam

Abstract
The objective of the study is to evaluate the impact of digital transformation strategies on the business performance of export enterprises in Vietnam. A survey of 774 exporting enterprises (pre-selected) was conducted, and 612 survey questionnaires were obtained. After excluding invalid surveys, the study obtained 551 observations. The results of hypothesis testing show that digital transformation strategy has a positive impact on the performance of Vietnamese exporters with an impact level of 0.526 at 1% significance level. At the same time, the study also offers recommendations to help Vietnamese export enterprises increase business performance.
