Orientation for improving the legal framework regulating activities supporting innovative startups
Abstract
Based on an overview and evaluation of existing research and grounded in the theoretical framework of innovative startups, this article demonstrates that startups require support from both economic and legal perspectives. Legal regulations profoundly influence and govern the various stages of the startup process. Improving the legal framework for supporting innovative startups must be founded on core political ideologies and perspectives, fulfill the specific objectives’ requirements, and offer feasible and proactive solutions. Through methods of analysis, synthesis, interpretation, forecasting, and comparative legal studies, the author presents key research findings, including clarifying perspectives, orientations, requirements, and solutions for enhancing the legal framework. These solutions aim to ensure effective enforcement mechanisms for legal regulations on supporting innovative startups, with small and medium-sized startups as representative entities.
