Abstract

Anti-value is the opposite of value, tends to move in the opposite direction, negatively, contrary to value. If patriotism is a value, then treason is an anti-value. Likewise, we can consider: justice – injustice, democracy – dictatorship, altruism, tolerance – discrimination, envy... as values and anti-values. Socially deviant subjects consider anti-values as the goal or direction of their activities, their motives and behaviors have escaped the positive influence of the qualities of truth – goodness – beauty according to community values. After nearly 40 years of renovation, in Vietnam, anti-value phenomena still exist, manifested in the degradation of moral culture, the degeneration of human personality, and the crisis in the fields of health care and education... The success of the fight against corruption, waste, and negativity, along with other socio-economic achievements, has created a foundation for implementing the current breakthrough development strategy, thereby contributing to the gradual reduction of the social space in which anti-values can persist.
