Abstract
This article analyzes the impact of the Spring 1975 Victory on the alliance between the United States and South Korea. The study clarifies the role of the 1975 victory in reshaping U.S. strategic orientations in the region, while also offering new insights into how South Korea, an important ally, adapted to the changing environment through autonomous policy adjustments and multilateral diplomacy.
