August Revolution (1945) and the aspiration for Vietnam’s national prosperity

Abstract

Eighty years ago, in 1945, the Communist Party of Vietnam successfully led the great August Revolution, opening a new horizon for the nation’s development and awakening the aspiration to build a strong and prosperous country. Today,
with new strengths and capabilities, we have every condition to realize that aspiration. In fact, the entire nation has
already aligned itself to enter a new era - an era of national prosperity.
