Cải cách thủ tục hành chính trong hệ thống các trường tư thục Việt Nam

Abstract

Administrative procedures are sometimes considered as an important link in the administrative reform of a country. Subjects performing administrative procedures and subjects participating in administrative procedures are related to people, rights and interests of subjects performing administrative procedures. Therefore, there are many authors and works that have studied administrative procedures. In the field of education and training, where millions of people are studying, researching and having to carry out administrative procedures every day and every hour, there are also a number of studies that address this issue. However, there seems to be no work that specifically studies administrative procedures in private universities. Therefore, the content of this article focuses on researching issues related to administrative procedures in the system of private universities in Vietnam.
