Developing the digital economy in the industrial revolution 4.0

Abstract

The 4th Industrial Revolution (IR 4.0) is the basis for the development
of the digital economy. The digital economy has contributed significantly to
economic growth; at the same time, it poses many challenges in terms of awareness,
transformation and development of the digital economic model. The Party and State
are very interested in the development of the digital economy; there have been many
guidelines and policies issued to facilitate the development of the digital economy.
However, the legal framework for managing the digital economy has many
shortcomings. For developing the digital economy in Vietnam, it is first necessary
to change from awareness to creating a favorable environment, to implement
synchronous solutions for the development of the digital economy.
