Develing knowledge economy

Abstract

The fourth industrial revolution marks the birth of a series of new
technologies, combining all knowledge in the fields of physics, digital, biotechnology
and affecting all areas of economic and social life. The knowledge economy has
become a priority in the development strategies of many countries. For Vietnam, in
order to continue to improve its potential, role and position in the international arena,
the development of the knowledge economy is an inevitable trend, ensuring our
country’s rapid and sustainable development, realization of socio-economic goals
that our country will basically become an industrial country by 2030.
