Solutions to achieve GDP growth in 2023

Abstract

When referring to the development of an economy, the term GDP is
mentioned the most. It is also the most important indicator used to measure national
prosperity. And 2022 marked a year with a “bright picture” of the economy, when
GDP reached 8.02%. However, in 2023, GDP is forecasted to increase by 6.5%
because there will be many challenges for Vietnam’s economic growth because of
the domestic and international economic and political environment. The article (i)
analyzes the current situation of GDP growth in 2022, , (ii) GDP growth forecast in
2023, (iii) challenges faced to achieve GDP growth in 2023 and (iv) proposes some
solutions to promote GDP growth in 2023.
