Abstract

The fourth industrial revolution has drastically changed economicstructures, consumption and daily-life habits of every economy. The application ofthe fourth industrial revolution to the banking system is objectively a must, whichprofoundly affects business operations, product line, the structure of governance and risk management of each commercial bank. Whereas, the legal framework, in both theory and  practice, is always slow and outdated in comparison with the development of technology and reality This article will analyze the impacts of the 4.0 industrial revolution on risk management of commercial banks, state management and risk monitoring and recommend policies, solutions to perfect legal framework and help the system of commercial banks healthily and durably develop.
