Developing green buildings, green cities, smart cities in Vietnam

Abstract

    Developing green buildings, green cities, smart cities is the trend of the era, an indispensable requirement of Vietnam. The Party and the State have issued resolutions on this issue. The Party, authorities, managers at all levels, sectors, professional- social organizations and the entire population need to have a proper awareness on green building development, green architecture, green cities, sustainable smart cities and their great benefits. The article has gone in depth to clarify the socio-economic values, economical use of resources, environmental protection, improve the quality of life of residents in green cities, sustainable smart cities.
