Some technology transfer experience at TH True Milk dairy project and dairy processing

Abstract

The project “Centralized dairy farming and milk processing in TH” selects the path of receiving the world’s highest level of technology to develop an industrial scale dairy industry, limiting the disadvantages of ecological conditions. promoting the potential of nature and local people. The project started in Nghia Dan and then expanded to other places in Viet Nam (Phu Yen, Thanh Hoa, Ha Giang, An Giang, Kontum…), and to other countries (Russia, Australia). This article outlines the technology transfer management (CGCN), the preliminary results and some lessons learned from the project.
