Khảo sát tình trạng huyết áp và đề xuất mô hình phòng, chống tăng huyết áp tại Trường Đại học Kinh doanh và Công nghệ Hà Nội

Abstract

High blood pressure (hypertension) is a major public health issue worldwide as well as in Vietnam. Our investigation was conducted to determine a situation of hypertension in 230 of Hanoi University of Business and Technology staff who had the rutine annual health-checking in 2020. The results showed that the percentage of the staff who have a hypertension was 18,3% that the level of high blood pressure were 73,1% in level 1, 23,1% in level 2 and 3,8% in level 3, no complicated cases were shown. Some risk factors of hypertension was detemined including “male sex”, “ages ≥ 45 and ≥ 60” and the lecturial profession, particularly in the lecturers who have being concurrently in charge of management and treatment. Base on the investigational findings the “Triple Solution Model” of the Hypertension Treatment and Prevention was recommendated that was included the solution of preventing risk factors, solution of treatment and curation as well as solution on controling and management hypertention in their family, in the university and in a health-insurance facilities.
