Abstract

The quality of training depends on many factors, such as training curricula, learning materials, teaching organization, etc. In the framework of this article, the author only focuses on the current situation of teaching translation at the China - Japanese Faculty, Hanoi University of Business and Technology. The article also introduces a number of aspects of teaching translation in order to improve the quality of teaching translation such as selecting source documents, analyzing source documents, applying theory to translation practice, etc. According to the author’s personal experience in teaching translation, in terms of theory or practice of translation, the above aspects of teaching and learning directly affect the quality of teaching translation in general.
