Proposing the format of B1 level English test for non- linguistic students at Hanoi University of Business and Technology

Abstract

This paper aims to introduce different types of B1 tests in Vietnam as well as the format of these tests. The paper also compares the format of B1 tests in Vietnam with the PET- B1 level test to get a better overview of these test types in Vietnam. On that basis, the paper also proposes a B1 level assessment test for nonEnglish language major students at Hanoi University of Business and Technology.
