Abstract

Currently, accreditation of higher educational institutions, accreditation of training programs is an urgent and basic requirement for universities to exercise autonomy under the Higher Education Law (Higher Education) revised. When a university accredits educational institutions or training programs, it also makes sense to publicize the conditions for ensuring training quality in front of the whole society, helping parents, learners and especially enterprises to supervise, monitor the quality of the training programs offered by the university. The article is related to the accreditation of higher education institutions and the accreditation of training programs of Vietnamese universities.
