Abstract

The digital economy is a concept that’s both new and old. It started a few decades ago with the advent of information technology, has grown rapidly and is becoming a hot topic in the general development of humanity, has a very profound impact not only economic, but also social, human live and human civilization. The article overviews the digital economy with key concepts, fundamental, the flow of digital economy; some issues of digital economic development in Vietnam.
