Abstract

The ongoing and repeated outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic has caused many difficulties for businesses, especially financial difficulties to maintain production activities as well as the ability to recover after the epidemic. With the policy of supporting and accompanying businesses to overcome the pandemic, the banking system has helped businesses step- by- step stabilize their business and grow. However, many businesses, especially small and medium enterprises have been facing many difficulties in accessing credit because banks and businesses still don’t have a “common voice”. Therefore, both businesses and banks need to have solutions to further enhance the ability for accessing to credit capital in the coming time
