ISOPRENOIDS AND COUMARIN FROM Brucea mollis (Wall. ex Kurz)

Abstract

Two isoprenoids, blumenol A (1), vomifoliol 9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), and
cleomiscosin A (3), were isolated from the organic extract of the leaves, stem and root of Brucea mollis. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral data, including 1D, 2D NMR and MS.
