BUSINESS STRATEGY FOR HUMAN MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE PRODUCTS OF SMALL SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENTERPRISES IN HO CHI MINH CITY

Abstract

Small software developing enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City specialized in providing HR management software products, operation management are under fierce competitive pressure due to the small enterprises have just entered the market, have no competitiveness advantage, such as: weak distribution system, poor customer care and support services, lack of brand name, limited governance capacity, lack of capital, no marketing and sales strategy, etc. The authors used the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), the competitiveness matrix and the SWOT matrix to study the situation, analyze the influencing factors and proposed 03 groups of strategic solutions to business human management software products for the small software developing enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City.
