FACTORS AFFECTING STUDENT SATISFACTION OF THE EDUCATION SERVICE QUALITY IN HO CHI MINH CITY UNIVERSITY OF FOOD INDUSTRY
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify and evaluate the factors influencing student satisfaction of the education service quality in Ho Chi Minh City University of Food Industry. Based on the SERVPERF model, using Exploratory Factor Analysis and Multivariate Regression methods on the survey of 3062 student samples, this study showed that the most affecting factors were Curriculum, Faculty members, Facility and Service capability, among which the most important is Service capability. In addition, student satisfactions are not diffenrent in gender and branches of learning but different in academic years. According to the result, some suggestions are made to improve the education service quality of Ho Chi Minh City University of Food Industry.
