Abstract

After more than 30 years of reform, Vietnam has made great achievements in economic, political and social situations, creating favorable conditions in the implementation of social security, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life for the people. However, besides the achievements, the implementation of social security in Viet Nam still has certain limitations. The article contributes to clarify Ho Chi Minh's ideology on social security and the application of ideas for sustainable development in Viet Nam, thereby contributing to providing more scientific bases for the decisions. to improve social security in Viet Nam today
