Abstract

Ho Chi Minh City, is the interference of many cultures with many delicious dishes, has attracted many tourists. It is a place with favorable conditions to develop street food in order to attract many domestic and international tourists. The article mainly uses qualitative method that collects and synthesizes documents and materials in order to analyze the economic growth potential of street food in the post-covid 19 era as well as explore the special culinary culture in Ho Chi Minh City. On that basis, the author has recommended solutions for develop this type of streets cuisine tourism in Ho Chi Minh City
