FACTORS AFFECTING ONLINE LEARNING EFFICIENCY: THE CASE STUDY OF STUDENTS OF HO CHI MINH CITY UNIVERSITY OF FOOD INDUSTRY
Abstract
The purpose of the research is to examine the factors affecting the effectiveness of online learning for students at Ho Chi Minh City University of Food Industry (HUFI) and some conclusions and administrative implications are made to help the University improve the quality and effectiveness of online training in the coming time. Quantitative research was conducted with 296 survey samples. Data are processed on SPSS v.26 through Cronbach's Alpha test, EFA analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, and hypothesis testing by the regression model. The results show that five factors including: (1) Perception of ease of use, (2) Quality of the system, (3) Instructors, (4) Student engagement and (5) Students' enthusiasm for learning have an impact on the effectiveness of online learning of HUFI students. Some conclusions and administrative implications are made to help the University improve the quality and effectiveness of online training in the coming time.
