Evaluation of the results of the implementation of the Land Use Plan in Nho Quan district, Ninh Binh province in 2023

Abstract

The study aims to assess the results and propose solutions to improve the efficiency of the Land Use Plan in the Nho Quan district, Ninh Binh province. The methods used secondary investigation, primary investigation, and data processing. Research results show that most of the implemented agricultural land use criteria have achieved quite high rates compared to the approved land use plan. Calculated according to the land use criteria of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the land use criteria for agricultural land reached an implementation rate of 101.52 %, and non-agricultural land reached an implementation rate of 91.70 %. However, in the process of implementing land use, there are still low rates of achievement of some land use criteria due to certain limitations, especially for non-agricultural land use criteria.
