Application of information technology to support land registration and declaration, management of land records in Ngu Hiep commune, Thanh Tri district, Hanoi city

Abstract

To serve the land registration declaration and management of digital cadastral records. At the same time, updating and correcting changes in types of cadastral records that are not synchronized and consistent between current regulations. The group of authors has applied information technology to build and exploit the commune-level cadastral database, specifically Ngu Hiep commune, Thanh Tri district, Hanoi city. The research used Microstation V8i and VietMap software to build spatial data and attribute data by administrative unit. Used ViLIS 2.0 software to exploit digital cadastral maps and create cadastral records including inventory books, cadastral books, land use right certificate books, etc. Through the application, it shows that the cadastral database built in Ngu Hiep commune accurately reflects the current status of declaration and registration in the locality, and is capable of serving well the current state management of land. However, there are still many difficulties in cadastral map data and local staff qualifications to apply the software in Ngu Hiep commune.
