Development of a land price WebGIS using open-source software in Nghia Phu ward, Gia Nghia city, Dak Nong province

Abstract

This study explores the application of open-source technology in developing a land price WebGIS for Nghia Phu ward, Gia Nghia city, Dak Nong province. The research team employed data collection methods, built upon previous studies, and utilized tools such as QGIS, Visual Studio Code, and Google Workspace Marketplace. As a result, a functional WebGIS system was successfully developed, featuring land price information retrieval capabilities optimized for both desktop and mobile platforms. Furthermore, artificial intelligence integration was tested to analyze land and real estate prices in the study area. The land price WebGIS enhances transparency and efficiency in land management, facilitating informed decision-making for administrators and the public.
