4. EduWeb: an AI-enabled learning platform for modern education

Abstract

In the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, artificial intelligence (AI) and online learning (e-learning) are playing an increasingly important role in education. However, many current e-learning systems still lack interactivity and personalized learning experiences. EduWeb is built with a microservices architecture, supporting customization and scalability across various educational models to develop a smart and modern learning platform. EduWeb integrates an AI-powered chatbot that can answer subject-specific questions, providing learners with instant support and enhancing learning effectiveness. At the same time, the system fosters a collaborative learning environment through virtual classrooms and discussion forums, facilitating communication and teamwork between students and teachers. Research results show that EduWeb helps overcome the limitations of traditional education, expands access to high-quality education, and demonstrates significant potential for practical application in Vietnam’s educational digital transformation.
