Abstract
The study aims to evaluate the impact of digital transformation on the operations of the Kim Dong land registration office Branch, Hung Yen province. Both primary and secondary data were collected and analyzed using synthesis, analytical, and comparative methods. The survey participants included staff members working at the branch and citizens performing administrative procedures there. The results show that 97 % of the staff acknowledged that digital transformation has been strongly implemented in the branch’s activities, contributing to improved work efficiency and enhanced internal supervision. All surveyed people (100 %) had experienced online land registration services, expressing confidence in the accuracy of digital data. People rated the online registration guidance information and service fees the highest, with an average score of 4.1 (good level). Although some technical difficulties were encountered during the implementation of digital transformation (average score of 2.9 - moderate), people remained generally satisfied thanks to the enthusiastic support from staff, with an overall satisfaction score of 3.7 (high). The proposed solutions include upgrading information technology infrastructure, promoting digital transformation awareness, improving user interface design, and optimizing service costs.
