27. Application of the Teledyne Odom MB1 multi-beam echosounder in the measurement and establishment of the seafloor topographic map

Abstract

The article has formulated and introduced regulations on DGPS positioning at sea and multi-beam echo sounder technology, and procedures for measuring and creating seabed topographic maps used with echo sounders. The article has provided and presented arguments in the process of creating seafloor topographic maps using the Teledyne Odom MB1 multi-beam echo sounder.
