17. Research on building a pharmaceutical and cosmeceutical website using the Laravel framework combined with AI for customer care and Blockchain technology for data security

Abstract

The research focuses on developing an e-commerce website for the dermo-cosmetics industry using the Laravel framework to address two major challenges: personalizing the customer experience and ensuring product origin transparency. The system integrates Artificial Intelligence via a Chatbot (Cosmebot) using the Gemini API, enabling natural-language product consultation based on user needs and budgets. Notably, the Skin Test feature analyzes skin conditions (acne, oiliness, redness) from images to recommend personalized skincare routines. In terms of security, Blockchain and IPFS technologies are used to store immutable product data, enabling anti-counterfeit authentication via QR codes. The website not only completes core business operations such as sales management, logistics, and loyalty systems but also enhances consumer trust through transparency and modernization. Experimental results demonstrate that the system operates stably and effectively meets practical demands in the era of digital transformation.
