13. Application of WebGIS technology to manage land price information in Phung town, Dan Phuong district, Hanoi city

Abstract

The 4^th industrial revolution with the foundation of applying information technology has been affecting all aspects of life, society and economy. Based on 17 pieces of cadastral map and land price bracket table in the study area, using WebGIS technology (on the basis of ArcGIS online), this study built and established a database of land prices in Phung town via the association of spatial database (land price map) and attribute data (information in cadastral records, land price list). This helps managers to access and exploit information about land prices easily, quickly and accurately. It is an effective support tool in the state management of land.
