14. Application of Vilis 2.0 for building digital cadastral database in Cong Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, Nghe An province

Abstract

In recent years, the management and exploitation of cadastral database in Cong Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, Nghe An province has been carried out regularly and continuously. However, the record system of cadastral documents is old. Updating and adjusting changes in cadastral documents are inconsistent with the current regulations. Therefore, in order to improve the cadastral database system, Nghe An province has built a digital cadastral database system since 2019. Vilis 2.0 was used to build and exploit digital cadastral database in Cong Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, Nghe An province. The results of building the digital cadastral database in Cong Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, Nghe An province include: spatial data; attribute data by administrative unit; scan profile (PDF format); digital cadastral maps and cadastral records include: land-itemizing books, cadastral books, paper-granting books,... Digital cadastral database on Vilis 2.0 in Cong Thanh commune showed the real situation of land management, facilitating the management and monitoring of land use changes there.
