11. Building the cadastral database of An Tinh commune, Na Ri district, Bac Kan province

Abstract

The cadastral database is important for land management since it can be used for building the current land use map, land use planning maps, managing land use changes, providing information, copying and extracting documents, etc. The application of information technology in land management has contributed to administrative reform, reduce processing time, faster and more accurately serving people and businesses. The cadastral database of An Tinh commune was built by using MicroStation V8i software, based on 39 sheets of cadastral maps. Attribute data was built by using excel software with the information of 4550 land plots. Gcadas was used to link attribute data and geospatial data. An Tinh commune cadastral database is the basis for land statistics and inventory, land allocation, land lease, compensation, site clearance, planning for land use and management, local environmental protection. It can be connected to the land exploitation and use network in order to ensure the transparency in land management. In addition, it can be used for building land use plan of the commune and district in each period.
