15. Application of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in education

Abstract

Information technology is changing the operation of education sector that become more modern and smarter. Automation of activities in education is essential to improve productivity and help lecturers and staff to focus on their tasks. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) has been applied in many fields in the world as well as in Vietnam to automate repetitive office tasks. This article presents an overview of RPA, analyzes tasks that RPA can be applied in education and then proposes a model of RPA application in educational institutions.
