16. Research on theoretical basis of knowledge and skill training requirements for professional positions in natural resources and environment sector

Abstract

Training and refresher training are basic solutions to improve professional qualifications, working capacity, quality and working efficiency of the contingent of cadres, civil servants and public employees. In which, refresher training by job position is very important. This study aims to provide a theoretical basis for refresher training knowledge and skills, based on requirements of professional positions in natural resources and environment sector. This will help managers to have more information and apply to the organization and management of refresher training activities based on job position requirements.
